Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026. By using FinDash at findash.tech, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What FinDash is, and isn't
FinDash totals and charts the figures you give it, to help you read your own numbers. It is not
accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
Photo readings, column matches, forecasts and advice are produced automatically, partly by an AI model,
and can be wrong. Check them against your own records before you rely on them. Decisions about your
business are yours.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, use an email address you control and keep your password to
yourself; you're responsible for what's done with your account. If you think someone else has used it,
email support.findash@findash.tech.
Fair use
- Don't use FinDash for anything illegal.
- Don't try to get around the daily limits, overload or break the service, or reach anyone else's
data.
- Don't send automated requests to the features that read photos, write advice or match columns.
- Only add figures and documents you have the right to use.
Limits and changes to the service
Some features have a daily limit per account. We may change features and limits, and FinDash may
sometimes be unavailable. FinDash is free at the moment; if we ever introduce paid plans, we'll say so
clearly before anything is charged.
Your figures, our name
Your figures and documents stay yours. You allow us to process them only to run FinDash for you,
including through the service providers listed in our privacy policy.
The FinDash name, logo and site design are ours; please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse
you.
No warranty, and limits on liability
FinDash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind,
as far as the law allows.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost
data, or for losses from decisions made using FinDash. Our total liability for any claim is limited to
the greater of what you paid us for FinDash in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing) and
US$50. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your
rights as a consumer.
Ending, and changes to these terms
You can stop using FinDash at any time, and delete your account from the log in
page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and significant changes are announced on the
site. Using FinDash after a change means you accept the new terms.
