What to write about
- Help with your figures
- A spreadsheet that won't read, a total that looks wrong, or a term you'd like explained. The help page may already have the answer.
- Problems with the site
- Something broken, a page that won't load, or a link that goes nowhere: report a problem.
- Your account and your data
- Logging in, deleting your account, or getting a copy of what we hold about you. You can delete your account yourself from the log in page; the privacy policy explains your other rights.
- Security
- If you think you've found a security problem, please email the details before sharing them anywhere else.
- Ideas, partnerships and press
- Suggestions for what FinDash should do next, and anything else: say hello.
What to include
- The page you were on, and what you did just before the problem.
- What you expected to see, and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps.
- The browser and device you were using.
Please don't email passwords, bank details or card numbers. If a problem only shows with your own spreadsheet, say so and we'll ask before you send anything.
